Discover Colors and Create Your Spice Mixtures in a Jar

In the workshop „Herb Magic in a Jar – Make Colorful Spice Salt Yourself“, families will discover the creative side of salt and herbs at the Deggendorf City Museum. The event combines a tour of the color exhibition with a practical hands-on activity.

Discover Colors and Create Spice Mixtures

At the beginning, a tour of the color exhibition is on the agenda. The participants experience the exhibition before they become active themselves. Afterwards, families create their own colorful spice mixtures from salt and herbs. This results in a personal blend in a jar that becomes a special outcome through its colors and ingredients.

The workshop is aimed at families and offers a vivid way to creatively blend herbs and spices. The focus is on the joint creation: Using the provided basic ingredients, participants develop their own compositions and implement their ideas practically.

Workshop at the Deggendorf City Museum

The event takes place at the Deggendorf City Museum, making it a one-stop offering. The museum tour and the subsequent creation of the spice mixtures together form the schedule of the event. Visitors can look forward to a creative activity revolving around salt, herbs, and color.
